I recently sampled Delta’s international business class service, Delta One, from Detroit to Paris. Delta’s catering has been pretty solid in recent years, and I was excited to sample Delta’s international offering to Paris to kick off our Parisian and trans-Atlantic cruising adventure. The Delta One dinner service started the meal with a delicious shrimp and avocado appetizer. (Feature image credit: Delta Air Lines)

This was followed by a fresh mixed green salad and corn soup.

I chose the beef tenderloin for the main course. This was accompanied by lobster mac and cheese and buttered asparagus. Everything tasted great, but the steak was dry.

I went against conventional wisdom for dessert and passed on the ice cream sundae. Instead, I opted for a fruit and cheese plate which was just right, especially when it was accompanied by the wonderful Bordeaux served during the flight.

Overall, a very solid inflight dining experience provided by friendly Delta flight attendants. You can read my entire review of this Delta One experience at InsideFlyer.
